Prior to her time in public service, Pia dedicated her early career to indigent defense work and family law, showcasing her commitment to effective legal advocacy.
Pia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northwestern University and a Juris Doctorate from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary.
